While I cannot judge their plumbing services, I can say that their customer service is great. Very responsive and understanding. Original review: I asked for someone to repair an outdoor spa heater. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."

He was even flexible when I needed to change my original appointment. Jim and his assistant, Patrick, completed the job within a few hours. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."
