I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."

After the work was done, the inspector refused to inspect until the plumbing permit was obtained. JES demanded partial payment and we could not use the back half of our basement for about a month."
