"The S&S team did a great job updating the plumbing in my laundry closet. Our original plumbing was corroding and coming out the floor in the closet, taking up space that didn't allow us to fit a washer all the way inside. The team was able to rip out the old plumbing, install new piping behind the wall and a recessed coupling box in the wall. "Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"
