"JES does quality work and stands behind their products. I found this company to be forthright, honest, courteous, productive, and extremely competent. At each point of the process, they took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly and apprise me of updates to the their work. After all the work was done, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up the work space. JR Walker, in particular, is a standout employee of JES. He is kind, caring, informed, patient, and skilled. JR stayed on top of the work being done, spent lots of time making sure that I understood exactly what was being done to my basement and why. He did an amazing job of following through at every step to keep me informed and to ensure that everything was being done to perfection.
