"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"Great! We had a minor emergency leak, and our usual plumber couldn't come out for a few days. I called Baker Bros. after checking on Angie's List. Ralph diagnosed the problem leak, which was difficult because our house is older and on several levels. He and Ricardo shut off necessary pipes to stop leak, and returned that week to do the repair. They were both professional, very nice and efficient. The job was completed in just one day and everything was back to normal after clean-up. No more leak! I was so impressed that I signed up for the Baker Bros. Family Plan for periodic checks on the plumbing and A/C."

"I had contacted Mike for a service call to check out a potential shower pan drain leak issue, he was able to squeeze me in his schedule quicker than everyone else I contacted so I picked him, first thing to know is that Mike is a ?Master Plumber? which is a higher certification than a regular/?journey? plumber, and they are more experienced and cost more than regular plumbers, I did not know this ahead of time before hiring him and had some initial misunderstanding on the service fee, Mike was very fair and worked with me regarding this, he was also very professional and honest person when giving me his diagnosis of my shower drain was not leaking and so he didn?t bullshit me into some work that I didn?t need. I would recommend him to anyone needing a master plumber and I will use him the next time I have any plumbing issues because now I trust him."

"I had a drain that had been giving me issues for a few weeks and eventually got so clogged I couldn’t even use my shower. This was the most responsive and professional trades company I’ve ever worked with. Doug came out and snaked my line and cleared everything out with a hydro jet. He even put a camera down our sewer line for free to make sure everything else was ok inside the pipes. I won’t be calling any other plumbing company but Double M from now on!"
