She called Giovanni from CHAJON PLUMBING. It was a Friday night (6:30 PM) and he said he would be at her house as soon as possible. Giovanni literally showed up within an hour, thoroughly explained to Her what needed to be fixed, and spoke to me on the phone to explain what the issues were. He said he would go get the parts and hurry back to fix the leak. He quoted us a very reasonable price and ultimately fixed the leak. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements.
