"There was almost an immediate response to our request for a plumber for valve work in our basement. Through a phone call and texting of pictures Titan was able to determine the problem and the parts needed to make the repair. At 7:05 the next morning (after plumbing supplier opened)we received a phone call with an estimate. Within 45 minutes the two workers were at our house and 20 minutes later the problem had been corrected. We are very pleased and thankful for their efficient, professional, and friendly service. We know they fit us into their busy schedule. We certainly recommend Titan to others!"

"Fast, Clean, Efficient, Feasible! This is an easy review to write when you have a professional on the job. Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain was on site ready to swap out our old tank and install the new one. Also, was aware of new housing codes and installed an Expansion Tank. He could of easily changed the thermocouple just to get by but did not recommend doing so on a 10+ unit. Do it right once and call Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain. We were so happy with their service! Easy to recommend them"
