"Dean was prompt and courteous, he came out the same morning I submitted a quote on here. He called just a few minutes after I clicked send. I had wet carpet upstairs that I couldn't figure out. He found the problem pretty quickly, he had to replace the waste line from my upstairs bathtub. The replacement wasn't a quick process, but it was much quicker and more efficient than I could have done on my own. Well worth the money, I highly recommend D&D plumbing. He called the city sewer hotline, explained what he had done and told them he thought they should come out. The man did come within hours. He was able to break the clog. All fixed. Mike then fixed the cap and put a concrete donut around it to prevent future clogs. Excellent customer service."
