All wanted to use their fixture and cut the shower tile to fit the new fixture, so I gave up. After a year or so, I joined Angie’s list and found Top Notch plumbing. Gordon had some fixture recommendations, but allowed me to purchase my own fixture that was compatible with my current installation. The overall install took about 3 hours. Gordon took care during the work to not damage any existing tile or carpet. He knows his craft and performed a very clean and professional install. "The Plumber was careful and took much pride in his work. The job entailed opening up a hole in the wall to get to the leaking pipe. The Plumber took great care in how he cut the hole so it would be easy to repair the wall in a way that you can't tell the wall was cut open. While performing the repair, he was quick and complete. No more leaks. This was an emergency repair on a Saturday night and he did the repair with a great attitude. I would call them again for any plumbing work."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
