"With more than a dozen guests for the weekend, we stared in horror as the toilet gurgled, water rose in the bowl, and...it was horrible. We called Saturday morning and had a tech on site in hours. A huge amount of grease had clogged the outflow and the tank was filled to the brim requiring an immediate pump out. In the process, a baffle was found to have been crushed by a previous unnamed pumpout business. Our tech gave a clear and concise quote on what needed to be done and what could be delayed until after our guests were gone. Within hours we were happily flushing! At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at Dulles Expo Center on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower."
