"Mary in the was very responsive.  The men came on time, assessed the work to be done and got the toilets and did the job.  They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up every step of the way He even fixed a part that wasn't done right by the builder's plumber (at no additional charge).  Along with honoring their Angie's List coupon, they took an additional $25.00 off the price because I did 2 toilets at the same time.  I was very satisfied with the service AND so much more comfortable on the thrones.

There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. I expected to pay the $89. ,but I felt the gas fee was unnecessary."
