"I had a great experience with William Parrish Plumbing. Our 20 year old hot water heater started leaking on Sunday night (not an immediate emergency, but something we wanted addressed soon) and they came out Monday morning to check it out. Nahu was wonderful and thoroughly explained everything. He was able to quickly install a new, quality Rheem tank. He happily answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He insisted on wearing booties inside my home to keep everything clean and left the garage better than he found it. I also felt the price was fair. Each step of the way Jim and team walked me through the issues and options with cost estimates and pro and cons. While we ended up spending more than we hoped due to the age and state of the system, we are thankful to All American Septic for the timely and thorough work they did, including clean up and leaving our yard in as good of shape as possible."
