He is responsive, prompt, efficient, skilled, likable, polite, thorough. I could go on. He and his brother are articulate, they explain everything, they are just complete pros. He went above and beyond coordinating with SoCal gas company as well. I inspected the job when they were done and everything was done to perfection and it came with a warranty guaranteeing his work. I concur with other reviewers, Felix and All American Plumbing is going to be the go-to plumber. He's a rare breed these days. "My elderly Mother who lives about 30 miles away from me in Atwater Village, discovered a leak from her water heater. She told me that a friend of hers recommended a plumber. Like all Sonâ s I thought oh great, some plumber is going to come out and try and take advantage of her and charge her for unnecessary stuff. Nothing can be further from the truth.
