"I posted this on my HOA's bb & I meant every word of it. Topic: Good plumber! (Posted on Dec 10, 2018 3:41 pm): I tried installing new faucets and drains on my master bathroom's two sinks. I got the faucet sets in place but found that I couldn't reconnect either sink's drain. Steve came in and verified the mounting on each sink. He re-plummed each sink, and replaced each sink's trap. His charge for an hour's labor and parts was very! reasonable. Steve Smith owns and operates Blue Water Plumbing Services, Phone: 443-988-2842."

"Five Star Bath Solutions did an amazing job on our master bathroom! Their customer service from beginning to end was top notch-- couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife and I had tons of questions and from the salesman to the install manager, to Brittny in the office, to Steve the installer... they took the time to answer everything, and it was perfect. Our Master bathroom looks like our dream bathroom now. I highly recommend Five Star and will be using them again for our guest bath!"

"My Installers Tony and Joel, David and Donnell were very Professional and Pleasant. They installed two stand up showers in my home today. They explained the process step by step and constantly ask me how and where I wanted everything placed for installment. I would definitely recommend all of them for Shower and Tub installation. They were neat and it is a job well done."

"wondeful. no complaints awesome people to work with"

"The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."

"From Sales to installation of my tub-shower conversion very professional. job well done. One issue I think was my fault there is no place to set a bar of soap of shampoo. I assumed that no installation product comes with such a place. Not so; so don't forget to ask and/or request. I still would recommend Riptide for sure."
