"On time, fast and competent. Will hire again for future plumbing needs."

"Keith, his brother, and crew do outstanding work. Did significant plumbing and heating installation for a major renovation. Highly recommend."

"There is nothing worse than a plumbing problem as we don't often need a plumber's assistance. When you wake in the morning to water in your basement it is a panic. We were luck to be contacted by Steve Ricci and he said, "I will be there by 3 PM", and he was 15 minutes early. I showed him the leak and he quickly determined what could be done, and what were the options. He then went to a plumbing supply house to get the parts and return. Steve returned and di the job in a bit over an hour. He explained what he did, and how to prevent it in the future. We were very pleased with entire experience and the cost was not exorbitate. Two thumbs up for Steve, and we would use him again."

"I hired them for an inspection and I got more than my moneys worth - a real plumbing education and honest advice. The master plumber who came to my home was excellent, very thorough and a real expert. In short, it was the best experience I had ever had with a plumbing professional."

"Very experienced and professional plumber. He knew his profession and explained what he was doing while doing it. I would highly recommend him to fix your plumbing problems."

"Patrick came as scheduled, assessed the issue, and snaked our main drain. Such a pleasure to work with as there was a potential issue with our plumbing and Patrick went beyond the call of duty."

"We hired Liam to renovate our kitchen and first floor and the final result exceeded our expectations. Having recently purchased a ‘fixer-upper’, there was a need to completely gut out the kitchen and ground floor. After giving us an estimate for the scope of work, he even accompanied my wife and I to a kitchen showroom and home improvement store to offer tips on cabinets. This was before we officially hired him and we felt no pressure or inclination to do so. Rather, he was genuinely interested in educating us on buying the best cabinets within our budget. Once we hired Liam, we found him to be punctual and efficient, always arriving early at our house with a plan for the day ahead. I am not familiar with home construction but I do know quality and his workmanship was superb. Being an old house, there are many areas that are not plumb but Liam identified and fixed them without taking any shortcuts. Throughout the process, he was also willing to share his knowledge, something not every contractor is keen to do. Often times, I was onsite to oversee the project and he explained patiently what and how he was constructing a task, such as leveling the floor. As a self-proclaimed DIY’er, I absorbed these nuggets of tips with enthusiasm. Along with Liam, his subcontractors were also qualified in their fields. From the wall plasterer to the tile specialist, they all produced top-notch results. Quality people attract other quality people. By the end of each day, Liam and his crew cleaned up thoroughly and any debris was disposed of properly. All in all, I was extremely pleased with Liam’s work and high standards. His attention to the smallest detail and vast skill-set are what separates him, in my opinion, from many contractors. He is a true professional but more importantly, he is fair and honest."

"The plumber arrived during the timeframe that he committed to and was very professional. He reconnected our gas stove and the price for the job was right within the estimated quote. I would recommend KMD to anyone on Cape Cod who is in need of a good, reliable plumber."

"They were able to assess and install my shower valve, connect the ice maker and water on my refrigerator during the initial visit. I woukd definitely recommend them for other plumbing services."
