"Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!"

"Pros: -The installers worked very fast and efficiently -They were kind to my wife, and dog -Their panel fitment was bang-on for all three walls -placed down drop cloth to protect our property -drain looks well assembled Cons: -after waiting over 48 hours to step in the shower; the new shower pan feels sturdy, but there is a spot that crunches when you step on it. Sounds like the thin set isn't making contact with the pan -they drilled straight through the wall, and into another room when mounting the control handle plate. Not a big deal, I already patched the small hole. -the mounting plate for the control handles had gaps where it met with the wall. I caulked around the plate while we waited the 48 hour drying period -l found spots of dried caulk on the floor, sink, and walls. Again, not a big issue. It scraped off easily."
