"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. I sincerely Thank you for everything!!!!!"

"This is the 3rd time the ARS has come to take care of plumbing issues at my house. 3 different techs, and they have all been great! Great professional service and fair prices,. I have an 81 year old house, so when, not if, I have a plumbing issue I will call ARS as I am very happy with the service they have provided me!"

"Messner Mechanical responded quickly to my inquiry about getting my hot water heater installed. I had been without hot water since Friday morning due to a water main break and subsequently noticing my heater was leaking. Mike was very flexible with the appointment on Sunday and did not charge extra for weekend service. He was prompt, friendly, provided an upfront and accurate quote, completely the work quickly and more importantly provided quality service. The heater is working great! I would highly recommend Messner Mechanical and Mike for any plumber job!"

"Steven was very professional, polite, and did excellent work. I was frightened of being price gouged but that was definitely not the case. I trusted Steven within minutes and made him my future plumber. This is stress-relieving since my home is now 48 years old. He knew the type of plumbing installed at that time and informed me of what to watch in case it causes problems. He was also available for questions since the setting needed some adjustments. I would totally and with confidence suggest using Plumb Tech for your plumbing needs. Retired teacher Mary"

"I needed an old refrigerator water/ice line properly replaced. Ly’s Plumbing responded quickly and gave an honest assessment before starting the work, then triple checked the final result before patching and cleaning up. I’m very grateful the project turned out to be not too complicated, and also reassured for future projects."

"Shugarmans did a great job from the sales dept to the installation. Lots of communication. We were so impressed we had our 2nd bath remodeled too. And they were just as good the 2nd time."

"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Francisco made quick work out of the change. I will definitely be giving him a call when my next plumbing emergency happens."

"Excellent! Dave took care of a number of repairs, communicated very well, had to purchase some items to do the repairs, was honest about his time and billing, and researched some future projects which I plan to hire him for. I am so grateful I found him through Angi!"

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
