"Joe Heater and his assistance, Josh, did a very professional job replace my tub with a walk in shower. The shower is beautiful and looks very professional installed. Joe and Josh were both very polite, did not goof off, worked very hard for two days. My shower was larger than the average is the reason it took two days. They kept everything cleaned up as they went, no mess left behind. I highly recommend this company!!!"

"The initial assessment with the sales rep was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and informative. The work crew came on time and was very courteous. The problem came during the first had rain after the sump pump installation... A Sunday night, around 11:00pm. I heard and alarm going off in my crawl space. After some internet research, I found that the alarm indicated a failed pump. I crawled through the mud under my deck, entered the crawl space, and found the sump pump overflowing... and the power cord wrapped neatly around the top of the pump. Above the pump, an outlet. I will acknowledge that the initial quote did mention that I had to install (2) GFI outlets for the system. However, I did not get the courtesy "We've installed the drainage system, but it is not yet functional" follow-up. In addition, I found that they had left the crawl space lights on, did not replace the vapor barrier in spots, and did not put removed insulation back between the floor joists. They did come out and rectify the matter. In all: great initial contact, but the installation crew could have been a little more detail oriented."

"Great job, super price. Stands behind their work. Drain line developed a small leak and they came right over and took care of it. Will definitely use Jenkins again. Shane is an ethical and responsible business owner. We’ve very pleased with our new AC unit. If you need a new AC unit call Jenkins!"
It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
