They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. They were able to reroute the sewer line and replace all our plumbing for 1/3 the price of our old corporate plumbing company. Aleks, Serge, Junior, Dalton and Ivan are masters at what they do. They were all courteous and respectful of our home. They finished on budget and we couldn’t be more appreciative."

"The leak was not from a pipe as he was focused on. He did show me a pipe in the ceiling. (Not the problem). The leak was due to the excessive rain which elevated the water table supporting the foundation. He wanted immediate payment w credit card, which I gave him somewhat reluctantly. It was a big sum considering the short time spent and the fact that another workman figured out the problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have called DCR Restoration instead.
