"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs. They met the challenges that inevitably come up with precision and worked with my husband to trouble shoot and address them with speed. Their plumber showed up with in half an hour and fixed the problem.Once they had completed the work each of the two days they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been here except for the beautiful and functional shower that now sits in place of our old tub that was there. "This is the second project that we have hired JAW Construction for and we are very happy with how our remodel turned out. As this was a major kitchen, dining and living room remodel, which meant we were not going to be able to be in those rooms during the construction, John and I worked on the timeline to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Before the project started, Mark from Amcraft Cabinets came out and measured and talked with us to determine how best to use the space. We came up with several cool options including a pull out spice rack and a lift for my mixer. Once the project began, John, Brian, the electricians Clint, Christian and Tyler and the plumber Mike were always on time, friendly, always available for questions and cleaned up after themselves. John estimated that the project would take six weeks and it ended up taking five weeks! While it was not fun to be without a kitchen, we are so happy with how it turned out, it made it all worth it. Everyone that has seen our remodeled areas or pictures of them are very impressed. I highly recommend hiring JAW Construction and we are already planning our next project with John."
