"Larry and his team did a great job talking me through our water heater leak. They were able to fit us in quickly and take care of our problem. This is the second time they have come out to our home for plumbing issues, and both times they have done a great job. Glad they were recommended to us."

"Archer plumbing does great work at a fair price. They are reliable and do good quality work."

"I hired this company to do something my husband could have done. We needed a professional plumber because the work was done on a house we were selling and the buyers insisted. The plumber was polite, punctual and did a good job on the inspection items. I would use him again."

"Extremely pleasant to talk to! I didn’t realize my husband had already booked someone else for the job, but I truly appreciated how responsive and professional Haines Drains and Plumbing was. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing needs—they’re reliable and a pleasure to work with!"

"Great work! Great people! Steve, Brandon, did the bathroom conversion. Very respectful, and on time. John was responsive to my questionsâ ¦ Master Plumber called in for assistance. Due to my surgery previously scheduled, JT /John was able to secure the work to be completed before my surgery. My shower is beautiful!!!! Than You! God Bless you all!"

"I was very upset with this company as they did not fix my problem or diagnose it correctly. They then sent the same plumber out for a second time and the problem was not resolved. I posted my disappointment on Home Advisor. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing then sent a master plumber who found the problem and corrected it at no additional expense. I am now very please and would recommend them as they were not satisfied until we were satisfied."
