"We hired Angelo to help us correct plumbing errors of an earlier contractor, get gas service restored and to assist in removing a stop work order. I had other plumbers refuse to take the work because of the complexity - not of the plumbing work but the administrative requirements. I was lost until I found Hydraulics Mechanical. Angelo and team came and gave me an estimate and worked with my expeditor, department of buildings and ConEd, both administratively and on-site, to get the work completed. The bureaucracy involved made this a frustrating and time consuming project, but Tina and Angelo stuck with us to align all the players, work orders, regulations etc. to successfully complete the work. I trusted Tina's guidance throughout the process and Angelo went to bat for us with ConEd and DOB inspectors - and their work was excellent too. I give them my highest recommendation - they are the BEST!"

"Plumber was quick, efficient and very professional. Overall turnaround time was 2 hours from first contact to repair. Would hire again for any of my plumbing needs."

"Completed quickly and very knowledgeable plumber."

"The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient. So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. Great service, great customer service and great work. They say word-of-mouth is 10 times the Meda So if anybody's looking for a plumber, I'm gonna give them this company's information. I was overall satisfied and very pleased with the both jobs that were done. ♥️"

"The plumber was very professional and walked me through the issue."

"On time, professional, cleaned up behind themselves and most importantly, went above and beyond to make me happy. This wlll be my only plumber going forward. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service"

"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me additional advice on how to manage my drainage issues in the future, and another toilet problem I had. Good guy to work with, and got the job done. Would hire again."

"I submitted my request and the plumber called right away, gave me a quote, and then asked when I would be available for the repair. He was able to come out the same day and did a wonderful job. Leunard was polite and efficient, he even looked at some other plumbing issues while he was there. I will use this service again. Thank you so much Home Advisor for your service."

"They did amazing job and was the most reasonably priced plumber. Not only solve my years long slow kitchen drain problem, they went extra to replace one of my shower head for free. As a comparison, another handyman quoted me the full price for the free part of Mikeâ team did. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone without reservations."
