The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! "Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"I really do not know why some people have zeros with their reviews when they provide the praise they do. Dave had a major job at my residence. After the septic tank was pumped, he found major issues with the 85 year old sewer line. Tree roots had broken into the line, several sections of pipe had breaks, and of course, the pipes are under concrete! Thanks to his and his son's expertise with camera technology and state of the art equipment, I now have clear drains and sewer line and two access pipes. Because of the camera, Dave & Justin only had to dig up about 4 square feet of concrete to access the line. It took several days and a great deal of money, but it is worth every penny. I have a toilet and walk in shower that are no longer backing up, a drain in another bath that has not drained properly for several years, that drains perfectly. Previous plumbers would fix the problem, but it would re-occur. The last plumber, who has been extremely helpful, advised get a camera guy this is more than I can fix with a snake. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and a great diagnostician. He has good advice for how to prevent issues with drain and sewer lines as well, and even provided medicine, given with a glass of warm water every couple of weeks (down the drain, but NOT the toilets). I MADE SURE HE GAVE ME HIS BUSINESS CARD so I have it in the file."

"There was an issue after installation with a broken pipe. Carlos the Plumber went back to my house 3 times trying to find the problem. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. Excellent communication and showed up on time when he said he would."

"Main water supply leak. GREAT JOB!! Highly recommend!! King's Plumbing called as soon as I posted and was able to come right out. The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."
