"Preston called less than a minute after I submitted my request. He quoted a price and an arrival time and delivered on both. He was cheerful, funny and engaging, a real delight to work with. He fixed the clogged drain and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We'll definitely call Preston next time we need a plumber!"

"Ryan Rooter was recommended to me by a plumber, and I was pleased at his quick response to my call. He scheduled a visit to diagnose the problem and had it completed the next day. He was informative and showed me on his scope how serious the issue was (roots blocking pipes) and also showed me his work every step of the way. He made future recommendations due to my budget constraints. (He also practiced social distancing when we were both out and wore a mask whenever there was verbal contact.) I took several business cards and am glad to recommend him."

"The plumber arrived during the timeframe that he committed to and was very professional. He reconnected our gas stove and the price for the job was right within the estimated quote. I would recommend KMD to anyone on Cape Cod who is in need of a good, reliable plumber."

"We had an excellent experience with Jacuzzi. They transformed our traditional bathroom into one that is now handicapped accessible, in just 2 days. John Cummings (sales) guided us through the process. The technicians were fantastic."

"The workers installed a vapor recovery system in a crawl space that was heavily littered with deteriorating plastic and debris from twenty years of neglect(old insulation ,plumbing debris etc.). They cleaned out the space and installed a beautiful new system. The workers were focused , hardworking, and pleasant. I recommend this company whole heartedly."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"Final bathroom looks excellent. The team was easy to work with and friendly. Work start date was delayed due to damaged shower unit, which was ordered and arrived broken. Once shower stall arrived, work went fairly quickly although there were some pauses. They were really good at the end working through punch list of unfinished items. Our job didn't have some of the details worked out at the beginning so we had to rethink some of it on the fly. The final result is an amazing transformation.
