He had multiple issues to keep him busy here... dealing with a leaking sink faucet hose here (& eventually installing a new faucet when Kohler's replacement hose would not fit a DISCONTINUED faucet, adjust water temperature in my guest bath shower & reinstalling the shower faucet, & checking my master bath toilet's fill valve. Sure, YouTube videos are helpful *but they can NOT substitute for a plumber! Also, 20% Senior Citizen discount!"

"We had Mr. Rooter Plumbing come out to see if they could clear out a clog we were having and fix a leak resulting from the blockage. They charged us $500 for a very bad job performed and even estimated another $2,000 for them to come back. That's when we said enough is enough and came across Daniel through a referral. Daniel was by far the most respectful, honest, and helpful plumbing professional we have come across. He came right over with no hesitations during late evening hours, and got to work fast! He did a fantastic job in clearing out the blockage we were having at a super reasonable price. "There was almost an immediate response to our request for a plumber for valve work in our basement. Through a phone call and texting of pictures Titan was able to determine the problem and the parts needed to make the repair. At 7:05 the next morning (after plumbing supplier opened)we received a phone call with an estimate. "Fast, Clean, Efficient, Feasible! This is an easy review to write when you have a professional on the job. Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain was on site ready to swap out our old tank and install the new one. Also, was aware of new housing codes and installed an Expansion Tank. He could of easily changed the thermocouple just to get by but did not recommend doing so on a 10+ unit. Do it right once and call Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain. We were so happy with their service! Easy to recommend them"

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."
