"This is at least the second time that we have used Barbosa. When Steve showed up on time I recognized him from the first time. Just as before, he was kind and polite. He looked over the situation and started doing his job. (We have a unique situation since our original home is over 100 years old. Part of what needs pumped is near our goat pen, so there was straw mixed in with the "regular" household waste.) He did the best that he could to get out the "regular stuff" and allowed me to spray some water to try to loosen more up. He was pleasant and helpful during all of this time. He even put the doors back down for me and closed up the shed. Also, I need to recognize the office staff too. I had called another service and was playing phone tag with them for three days. After no return call on the fourth day, I looked for another company and tried Barbosa. She answered promptly, found our records from 3 years ago, and got us scheduled within two business days! She reviewed the payment amount, ways to pay and told us the service man's name who would be out. All the time with a cheerful tone in her voice. I have put their number in my phone for Septic and they will be who we call from now on!"

"Had toilet issue and had to shut off supply to toilet.due to temporary health issues we needed use of both bathrooms.Pete came out same day and took care of it.he was knowledgable reasonably priced and would use him again.highly recommended."

"Don and crew were great! We lost water and they came out and confirmed it was a break in the wiring to the pump. They explained why we experience this issue and advised how they would fix it as well as additional service we will need to prevent any further disruptions. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great price. We will definitely use them again for all plumbing issues."

"Sam H, Mike S, Jimmy R were all outstanding in every way in all categories of the installation, from removal of existing bath to the installing of the new tub plumbing and surround. They arrived on time and finished early. They left the house clean of all dust, materials, leaving no sign of any work ever being done anywhere that day."

"Very honest and they got the job done properly. You get what you pay for and Lyle and David were worth it. They were both very pleasant and were nice to my dogs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber."

"They did an excellent job of replacing our shower."

"An honest plumber. For starters, showed up within the time frame he gave us. Did a small additional job we asked about. Extremely reasonable pricing. Would go to this company again."
