"I am so grateful for Angie's List in this case because I called this plumber based on the reviews here. He took time to answer my many questions (I was considering all sorts of hot water heaters--tankless, traditional, hybrid, etc.--in the end, we went with a traditional one.) His price was better than competitors and he was responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job! Pleasant to work with and efficient."

"Very pleased with their service and efficiency."

"I am very satisfied with Russ of Integrity Plumbing of the Upstate in every way. He was very thorough in his examination of my plumbing system and recommended a reasonably priced repair. I originally wanted to repipe my plumbing, but Russ' assessment of my plumbing system changed my mind giving me confidence in the current system. Because of Russ' assessment, knowledge, and workmanship, I plan to utilize him for maintenance and all other future plumbing needs."

"The company and it plumber/technician were very responsive and reliable. The communication during the service was excellent, and I am very happy with the level of service I received."

"Ethical plumbing did a fantastic job on the customer service side and the repair side. Alisha, the rep who contacted me on a Friday evening almost immediately after starting my search was pleasant and efficient. She made it possible for me to get service the next day. Michael showed up as scheduled Saturday morning for what I thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise was able to complete the job that day! And this wasnâ t an easy undertaking. It Involved digging, cutting lines, valve replacement for a leak behind the city meter. These guys are the real deal! I thought the price was a bit higher than I thought it may be, but the value received made me comfortable with it. Same day service, done professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Ethical plumbing. "First time needing a plumber and i have to say my experience was extremely pleasant because of Sage! He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing, and educated me on what to do and not to do in the future! I will be coming back for any other plumbing issues! 10/10!!!"

"Water pressure was too high causing an awful noise when toilets flushed and faucets running. Called Angi's list t I find a plumber for an estimate. 5 choices came up. Johnson Brothers was the first on the list. Called and Jacob responded immediately. He was able to come over, access the issue and repair all in the same day. Some sort of pressure valve was needed. Jacob explained every step, as if he were a surgeon explaining the procedure. He checked for leaks, there were none. Finished the procedure and no more awful noise. Plumbing issue solved all in a few hours. Very professional I every way. Highly recommend as far as work done right. Price was reasonable I suppose. But worth the no worry mentality."

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with them! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The quality of their work was outstanding. you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. On top of that, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services! For context, we did a full home re-pipe that entailed installing all new plumbing throughout the house. It was no small job"

"I have never worked with more intelligent, professional, and kind experts. He communicated beautifully and always answered questions with knowledge and ease. I tried for 4 years to find a plumber that would fix a horrible problem that a terrible contractor created and this was the first plumber that knew exactly what to do. I am so grateful and impressed. I trust them and will continue to call on only them for plumbing. Thank you!!!"

"Mission was simple, and installation was efficient. Would have performed this myself, but decided to go with an insured contractor due to nature of the work performed."
