"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

They provided an honest estimate which included all of the necessary work and delivered the work without surprises. I researched many other companies and found that many, if not most, were deceptive in their bidding practices. "Ok, I can't really Say I hired them. But during a holiday We called our home owner insurance and they sent out a plumber which quoted us $7000 to repair our Main Water Leak. I paid them for the service call ; and sent them on their way. I call Straight Flush Plumbing the following hour not realizing it was a holiday. Kevin and I texted almost half the day July 4th scheduling a time to come out. During a Storm I was greeted by the service guy which informed me that the problem was a coupler on the water meter. I could have been out $7000 dollars but they were truthful to tell me the issue was in the hands of the city. I was grateful to only pay the service fee; but I would have given them more so here is my recommendation. 5 stars."

"Fred replaced a shower in our main bathroom. He did all the tile work and plumbing and it came out great. In fact it was so good that we had him add a large island to our kitchen and that came out even better. Next, he installed cabinets in our laundry room and transformed that space as well. We highly recommend Fred for any bathroom, kitchen or cabinet work. A big plus is that he does all the work and is always on-site. Nothing is farmed out to less skilled subs."
