"I've had Mahon at my house to fix big flood-scale plumbing disasters, and this time it was just a leak under our sink. They were great, and the plumber took the time to explain to us what was wrong, show it to us, and explain what needed to be done to fix it. These guys take care of us and we'll keep calling them in the future if we need a plumber!"

"I would recommend Remedy P&D to anyone needing a plumber. They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The plumber arrived on time and was dressed in a professional company uniform. The plumber also recommended a quick cost saving option for fixing my upstairs bathroom drain. Instead of trying to make a quick buck by over charging me on a simple fix he advised me to save the cost and do his recommendation."

"Knowledgeable and affordable. I appreciate that he took the time to explain things and talk to me about pricing before proceeding. I’ve had him come back for other plumbing AND backflow checks, he may go to plumber!"

"I had sht going everywhere. I couldn't use any water in the house without it flooding my basement via a toilet down there. Luckily it turned out to be my own sht and not flowing in from the outside line. They snaked the pipes and got things flowing again. Frank and Sam explained everything well and tried to help me find my buried sewer clean out which I didn't need for this job. I was pleased with them that I wish I could get their help on other plumbing needs that I have but may check out a recommendation from them instead of searching on my own. Thanks guys!

"We have over 50 commercial and residential properties in Anne Arundel County and have used prime plumbing for our routine maintenance as well as emergency services. They are always prompt and send knowledgeable plumbers and tech technicians to take care of any issues that we have. I am attaching photos of jobs. They have done for us both on an emergency basis for hot water heater replacement And waterline replacement. These are job jobs. They have done for us in the past that we are extremely pleased with the work and cleanliness of the job site. I would highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services on a routine or emergency basis to contact prime plumbing. They have the technology available to them to locate Problems in many cases before they even begin the excavation process. They have been our go to Plumber for over of 10 years."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
