"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"Comment: I was finally able to find a responsive and reliable plumber. Jason returned my call promptly and showed up on time for both the estimate and several days later when he completed the job. He replaced two toilets, an outside spigot and well as installing several cut off valves. All work was done with care and cleanup was great. Jason also made suggestions for other work that I am considering. "Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."
