"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. Very neat install. So happy I selected this company. I learned my lesson about hiring a good old retired? Guy, never again. I am very satisfied with ARSrescue"

"We had our master bath shower and tub removed and replaced. We used Shugarman’s bath company. Jorge Topete was the installer and I can’t say enough praise for this man. He called daily to let us know exact arrival time, never assumed he knew how we wanted things ( he asked about everything, every measurement and placement before doing the work), he was meticulous about everything and the results were perfection. The bathroom looks beautiful and really improves the value of the space. He was respectful of our home, kind to our 11 year old dog who wanted to say hello, and left everything clean and tidy before leaving for the day. "Overall great experience. Donald, the inspector, arrived early and patiently waited with me for my real estate agent to arrive. Donald did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside units. He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."
