"Professional work at substantially less than other plumbers even did small extras at no additional charge"

"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. It took him about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He was at my house at the promised time, although I wasn't expecting him to arrived at that time. This is the second time I hire Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. Thank you Cahrlie. Joe."

"Every things that these Plumbers did from greetings/conversation with me to the installion & clean up of my bathroom sink was just awesome. I would highly recommend them. The only negative remark toward Big Wrench Plumbing & Sewer is the Cost/Charge to do this was too high. Don't get me wrong everything else that was say/done to installed was just awesome."

"Explained what he was doing and why. Would rehire for any plumbing issues"

"We called Mattco Plumbing when we needed our toilets replaced. From the first phone call , our plumber Matt was extremally courteous, helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. Thank you Mattco Plumbing for doing an A+ job in our bathrooms. We will be sure to call the next time we need a plumber!"

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"The worker was a real plumbers with a license. He explained the problem and told me exactly whAT needed to be done and how much it would cost to repair my toilets. "Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"Very responsive. On time. Pretty simple job routing a drain and replacing one small drain pipe under the sink. Really liked the technician. Price maybe a little high but I have no way of knowing what other plumbers would have charged. Very satisfied with the work done."
