"Pepe and NE Plumbing are really the best -- he has done several jobs for me on many different scales, from the emergency replacement of a boiler, to fixing a sump pump, to unclogging drains, to installing an entire A/C system. No matter the size of the job, I always know Pepe will do excellent work, with a positive attitude and always being very smart about finding the best way to accomplish it. I've worked with many plumbers in town and there's a reason Pepe is always my first call when something comes up."

"Very polite. They responded to our request for service quickly and they were very professional. The job was cleaned up and left no trace that they were here. I would totally recommend them to someone needing some plumbing repair or installation in a home."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"This was a trial job before a potential kitchen removal. It involved moving our boiler a short distance, walling off the area, fixing the floor, some electrical. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"We wanted to redo the tub and shower installation. The company representative showed us a wide range of materials and and roughed out a design based on what we indicated we wanted. He gave us the price for what we wanted and told us we would be notified when the materials came in so we could schedule the start of the project. The project required removing the old tub and relocating the plumbing and shower head to a different wall. They protected all the exposed areas from dust and once they started, it only took about one week to complete the job. They cleaned after themselves everyday after their work, and upon completion of the project. They do excellent work and the new shower enclosure looks great! I would recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom makeover."

"We had a sewer odor problem which had been checked by four diffierent plumbers over the past two years. The technician arrived on time and immeduately checked the two known possible causes, neither of which relieved the problem. Then, after phone calls to other plumbers and further attempts he relieved the problem. FIVE STARS!!"
