"We needed to have an ole iron pipe replaced as well as galvanized lines replaced. A leak was found at the base of a toilet, and this was repaired. The interior of the toilet was also replaced. The job was well done, and the workman pleasant to work with. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I have not have this kind of work done in awhile. It took a couple of tries for the office to get my address and email correct for estimates to be sent, however. .. not the plumber’s fault."

It went well and the job was thorough.  To prepare the original cost estimate, I met Ruckersville Roto Rooter's Robert Watson at the home and we discussed the project and his recommendations.  Afterward, Mr. Watson called and we discussed how it went, and he even went back to the property after our conversation and put an additive in the distribution box to r***** future root growth, advising me what to buy and how often to apply it, myself, in the future. 



I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Mr. Watson and Kelley at the office, who answers the phone and helped set up the appointment for estimate, and followed up with the video, and I am very appreciative of their responsiveness.  I will definitely hire Ruckersville Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs.

"Everyone; from the salesman that initially came in and explained the services offered, to the installer that completed the work; were completely professional. They efficiently removed the old shower and extended the original space to twice the size by removing a dead space wall. All of the wood and insulation was replaced and the plumbing updated. The final product is elegant and spacious. The installer in particular took great care to make sure that every evening after working that the space was cleared of clutter. When the shower was finished, he made sure to clean the space and returned everything to where it was before he came in. Everyday he would update us on how the install was progressing and when he would expect to be complete. Our new shower is everything we were promised and more. The extended size of the shower and the hanging glass doors gives the entire room an completely new feel and openness that was previously missing. "Complete bathroom remodel. Started job on time. Competitive pricing for scope of work. Demolition of bathroom, removing bathtub, vanity, wall cabinets, lighting, commode, wall and floor tile. Installed new floor and wall tiles, vanity, lighting and mirror, moved plumbing and electrical as needed, installed new plug outlet, installed new light and fan switches, installed new commode, built walk in tiled shower (no tub) with grab bars, relocated and installed new fixtures, painted complete bathroom and door. "Charlie was exceptionally knowledgeable about West Shore's bath/shower products. He confirmed it would be a great solution to the mystery of how my second-floor bathroom kept leaking into my living room every two years after the caulking got saturated and mildewed since 2/2016. Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and I contacted West Shore, knowing that simply replacing the bathtub wouldn't solve the leak. West Shore wouldn't try to re-open my ceiling again. Instead, they removed the tub and tiles and grouting on the walls. Everything was clear. There was mildew, rotted wood, AND an old leaking pipe from the shower head down to the valve diverter from between the shower and the faucet for the bath. The team was amazing. I had asked Jake, the lead, to let me know if, when the plumbing was exposed, he found what caused the leak. He was able to explain in simple terms how water would only splatter if someone was taking a shower. Together Jake and Sean finished the installation, and to very stringent standards. It was done in 1 day and I have been very pleased with the West Shore product and installation. I love the warranty, too."
