"Our kitchen sink was clogged and we were unable to use it or our dishwasher and contacted several plumbers none of whom were immediately available until we reached Budge It Drains. Within 90 minutes Steve showed up and we got our kitchen back shortly after. He was professional, personable and efficient. "James was extremely responsive. He was able to come over an hour after we called and it was a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to start investigating the issue. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He told us how to avoid this in the future and how to maintain the pipes moving forward. James was in a good mood and had a great personality. He made the stressful situation feel a lot better. I would highly recommend using him. He is honest and his prices are extremely fair. He really wants to help you and not just take your money (like most other contractors).
