"I took advantage of the special where one day I got one handyman for a day and the next time Gary suggested that it would be better  if two individuals came and worked for 4 hrs. rather then one person for 8 hrs. because two individuals would get things done quicker for that particular project. And Gary was right, they finished things on time.  The two guys also went to Home Depot to pick up the vanities so I didn't have to pay for delivery costs.  I did experience one major issue;  after the access panel was installed by the washing machine and the work was completed in that area, the contractor put the washing machine back to it's place but apparently forgot to place the hose back to the drain. This is my rental property and the following weekend, my tenant, a young girl, was doing laundry and didn't realize the hose wasn't attached to the drain so the water went all over the living room floors (there is no basement in this property and the washer/dryer are on the same level as living/dinning room). As a result, the floors, which I just replaced 3 months ago, were destroyed. After my tenant and I came to realization as to what had happened, I contacted Gary and explained to him that my tenant didn't even think of checking behind the washing machine to ensure the hose was placed to the drain, after the work completed, because she assumed everything was placed to it's original position. When I contacted Gary, he immediately agreed to meet me  and my tenant at my rental property.  When my tenant and I explained what had happened, without any hesitation, Gary immediately told us not to worry and that he would take care of this; and would replace the floors for free. I was very impressed that he did not give us a hard time and tried to blame the incident on my tenant.  Gary takes great pride in his company and his work.
I will most certainly use this company again because they are very professional, do great work at great price, and provide excellent customer service! And should something go wrong, as we know with renovations things often do, I am confident that Gary would resolve any issues.
