"They were prompt and attentive and did a great job."

"Cayetano was such a great help! We have had a leaky shower for days now so we got around to taking time to hire a plumber and come help. Avila plumbing was here in no time fixing and getting our home back to normal! We are thankful for the work, the time and energy you put into the project. We appreciated the attention to detail and eagerness to really help us. The project was supposed to be small and quick and sure enough we have drywall coming out and Avila in the zone 4 hours in! We are thankful and definitely recommend their service. We have another project lined up as well."

"Marcus and his companion or co worker are patient, kind and highly professional. I am able to have him come in an emergency quickly and punctually and on time overnight. I would recommend their services to residents as well as commercial installations because of equipment's, knowledge and ability. He knows how to do all plumbing and understand the water quality in this county. Anyone needing plumbing help and potable drinking water anywhere in Santa Cruz county can depend on their services."

"Lets start with the good. Our installers were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, neat, apologetic for the customer service issues and delays that were out of their control. If I ever have to do any more remodeling it would be an absolute pleasure to have Tyler, Colton, Domingo or Arnulfo back in my home. Now the unpleasant. The customer service rep that was assigned to our case caused us alot of distress. First the job was delayed 2 weeks before we were to start. My husband and I had both taken the week off from work, found coverage for our shifts, so it was not like we could just say "oh we don't need the week off, we can work". We not only had to take the original week off, but then we had to take another week off for when the job was rescheduled. When we tried to explain the bind that put us in, we were basically told, to bad, you either take the new date or cancel the job. The day the rescheduled job was supposed to start no one showed up. We called the project manager to find out what was happening. Well he forgot to schedule it. Luckily he did manage to get two crews out to our house for the rest of the week since we had two bathrooms being done at once. Then we find out that the person who measured did not take into account the plumbing and electrical locations. We had to get an extra plumber our there to move a pipe, and they needed to put a huge new whole in the opposite wall for a new breaker box. Then the electrician canceled and we had to wait a week, and take another day off from work for him to come. Lastly lets not even discuss trying to get an inspector out there when they were supposedly scheduled to come. If it wasn't for how wonderful Tyler, Colton, Domingo and Arnulfo were I might have told the company to just come get their stuff and cancel. I am still traumatized by the whole experience with the project manager and all the delays and screw ups. However because the 4 guys did such an amazing job I do love my jacuzzi tub and walk in shower."

"We had a great experience with Giant Plumbing and couldn't be happier with the outcome. After a previous water line repair by another company didn't meet our criteria, code, or accepted plumbing standards, Don carefully evaluated the situation, clearly explained what needed to be corrected, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They fully removed the prior work, rebuilt the system to code, and completed the job exactly to our specifications. Their communication was excellent throughout -- thoughtful, transparent, and never rushed -- and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The final result is clean, secure, and exactly what we had hoped for from the beginning. It was a huge relief to work with a licensed professional who takes pride in doing things the right way. We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Carlos demonstrated punctuality and delivered exceptional service at a competitive price. I fully intend to utilize his services again in the future."

"My overall experience with Mainline Hunter CCTV has been Extremely Positive. Every aspect of their service has been "Top Notch". From the initial Call to the Complete Work Detail. Each representative of this company has been Professional. The dispatch, contact, work detail, clean up and review of work performed as impeccable. This company is a "Class Act". Integrity comes to mind. They take pride in their work and they never bad mouth the previous workmanship. We were in need of a competent company to correct previous plumbing work that had failed. This company visited promptly and ascertained our needs and offered their procedures to rectify our current issues. Working from home and concerns about Noise, I had to reschedule the repair. Not an issue at all. Very understanding and explained the whole repair process, cleanup needed & Time line. I have a more personable relaxed approach to things, yet every person maintained a professional demeanor. Very Pleased Struck Gold"

"Great experience with this plumbing company! They did the plumbing for my garage conversion into an ADU. They were professional, reliable, clean, and finished everything on time. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Best response and service we have ever had for a plumbing problem. They called us immediately and very patiently listened to our issue and walked through the pricing and process. A plumber came to our home as scheduled and worked efficiently to assess and fix the problem. We had a drain clog (not camera locate breakage) and they removed the toilet, snaked the drain and fixed the problem very quickly! There were no surprises and we paid for their service by the hour rather than by the job which saved us many $$s. We would definitely use then again and highly recommend."
