He is a licensed professional plumber who will get a plumbing permit if the type of plumbing repairs or installation requires a permit and you want to pay the small cost of the permit to have the work inspected. He installed a new hot water heater and did a quality installation that didn't have any problems passing the city of Fairfield plumbing inspection department. Salvador VilIalpando is the owner and he does his own work. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company if you need a quality plumbing repair or installation."

"The free estimate was conducted by phone with Matt.  He answered all of our questions fully, confirming that we did not need to install a larger unit and that all usual pipe and/or valves that needed to be replaced would be included in the quoted price.
The installer, Bobby, showed up within the stated time period, which was only two hours after the initial contact. He got right to work and was efficient, neat, and skilled.  He removed the old unit, took out some unnecessary pipes that were left from an old solar heating unit, and quickly installed the new unit.  He then demonstrated the thermostat operation, which is very different from the previous unit's, tested the operation, and cleaned up the area.
The price was reasonable. The unit has a good warranty (and looks nice ).  The Angie's List discount was applied with no problems.

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "Lets start with the good. Our installers were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, neat, apologetic for the customer service issues and delays that were out of their control. If I ever have to do any more remodeling it would be an absolute pleasure to have Tyler, Colton, Domingo or Arnulfo back in my home. Now the unpleasant. The customer service rep that was assigned to our case caused us alot of distress. First the job was delayed 2 weeks before we were to start. My husband and I had both taken the week off from work, found coverage for our shifts, so it was not like we could just say "oh we don't need the week off, we can work". We not only had to take the original week off, but then we had to take another week off for when the job was rescheduled. When we tried to explain the bind that put us in, we were basically told, to bad, you either take the new date or cancel the job. The day the rescheduled job was supposed to start no one showed up. We called the project manager to find out what was happening. Well he forgot to schedule it. Luckily he did manage to get two crews out to our house for the rest of the week since we had two bathrooms being done at once. Then we find out that the person who measured did not take into account the plumbing and electrical locations. We had to get an extra plumber our there to move a pipe, and they needed to put a huge new whole in the opposite wall for a new breaker box. Then the electrician canceled and we had to wait a week, and take another day off from work for him to come. Lastly lets not even discuss trying to get an inspector out there when they were supposedly scheduled to come. If it wasn't for how wonderful Tyler, Colton, Domingo and Arnulfo were I might have told the company to just come get their stuff and cancel. I am still traumatized by the whole experience with the project manager and all the delays and screw ups. However because the 4 guys did such an amazing job I do love my jacuzzi tub and walk in shower."

"The plumber showed us a trick for how to clear the food trap using the garbage disposal and water pressure, which I really appreciated! He also, with permission, came early so punctuality was great. Only downside is this business is pretty expensive, twice at least what I have paid out prior plumber."
