"Plumbing repairs can be a pain. It started with what I thought could be a simple fix, but ended up being a full replacement of all my drain pipes leading to my main drain out to the street. Overall, the repair was expensive, but I felt confident I got what I paid for. The workmanship and professionalism throughout the project was great. The plumbers worked non-stop for almost 10 hours and everything was always to code and it felt like no corners were ever cut to just "finish" the job. Also, the little things like wearing masks and coverings of their shoes for the whole job added to the high-level of polish in their service. I would gladly use Sutherland Plumbing again for any of my professional plumbing needs."

"I used Anton for my bathroom and he did an excellent job. He asked excellent questions so he understood what I needed and he was very knowledgeable. I think he is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers in Portland. He gave me some great advice on the direction I should go as well. I trust him to be my plumber moving forward. Thank you Masterworks!!"

"I had a small leak that turned out to be a significantly bigger project than I thought. The axiom team was so helpful and explained things along the way. They were very great to work with throughout the twists and turns of this project. They were also the only plumbing company that I found that would cut the concrete, dig out the pipes, replace them, and redo the concrete. All others always needed a second company to come in and help and were much more expensive quotes. I would recommend this company."

"The Technician was friendly and was VERY careful with his care to not make a big mess. He did an excellent job, I thought the price was high but the results greart. Drain works swell."

"I had Henco help with my new home water conditioner installation(pre-brought from Pentair). The job was done super well and the guys(Nolan and Zack) who came out were very professional and willing to explain all the little details about what I needed to know about the system and the plumbing work. I am glad I hired Henco, and I will definitely go back to them if any plumbing job is needed in the future."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"Salesman Richard was great. Customer service needs to be more accurate in helping. Installers Andrew, TreCory, Tanner, Garrett were awesome friendly and helpful knowledgeable. Kept me informed of everything. Fast and clean up was good. Appreciate all they did I am sure I am going to very happy with the results. Plumber was very efficient appreciated his accuracy passed the inspection."

"5 stars A friend in Lake Oswego recommended Three Dogs Plumbing, and they did not disappoint. They swapped out two indoor faucets and installed a new water heater quickly and cleanly. The plumber worked fast, left no mess behind, and made sure everything ran perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend them for any home plumbing needs!"

"For specific projects there was no choice for emergency or burst pipes and that's what we had. We had a pipe burst in our garage, and it was flooding the garage. We had to call the non emergency dispatch to see if we could get help turning off the main water valve; it was frozen. The dispatch told us that there were approximately 10,000 people without water due to bursting pipes. We had contacted them because we couldn't get the main shut-off valve off due to it being frozen, and someone from the city water came to our rescue as well. Considering our garage was flooding. We had called 6 plumbers and got all the same answer; it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could get to us. Totally understood their responses. Fortunately for us, Ryan, from Ryan Parker Plumbing LLC, contacted us later that evening, and he was able to fit us in after all. He came out in that freezing rain and showed my husband that we could have water in the house and just turn off the area that was damaged. Then, he proceeded to fix the pipe (it was in our garage in the wall). Didn't take him long, thank goodness! He came back the next day to make sure it was all fixed and working properly. Ryan is a gem, and I now have him in my phone for future needs! I would recommend Ryan Parker Plumbing to anyone!"

"The service man arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about how to find the tank.  We had recently purchased the home and had no idea exactly where the tank was.  He located the tank, pumped and inspected it.  He showed me some areas to watch and gave tips on living with a septic system rather than the city sewer water we were accustomed to.
