"Gregory's Bathroom Headquarters built a Luxury Walk-In Onyx Shower with a custom bench, 2 large caddies to corral our "stuff", and a wonderful sliding shower head on a sturdy ADA compliant grab bar. This shower completely replaced an existing 1970 builder grade shower and linen closet and gave us a whole new bathroom experience. The shower area was fitted with new lighting, new glass door and a vent light. The men that did the demo work, reconstruction, electrical, and plumbing relocation were polite, respectful of our time and excellent at their jobs. The onyx shower is beautiful and so easy to clean. We enjoyed working with the crew and are currently in the middle of a MAJOR kitchen remodel by the same company. We are repeat customers and can highly recommend this team."

"I have HomeServe insurance for Hot Water Heater. They chose Bowers Plumbing. I was impressed from the first call. A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"All my dealings with Benjamin Franklin plumbers was very good. From my initial phone call to the scheduling, and the call prior to the plumberâ  s arrival. They even sent me a photo of who was coming.Josh was very professional. I was getting a job estimate and will seriously consider using them. :)"

"I’m very happy with the work they did replacing our main water line. They were professional, dependable, and made sure everything was working properly before they finished. It’s such a relief to have the job done right and know we can count on our water. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!"

"I called at 7:30 am. Blaine had my old water heater working again by 8:30. I requested that he replace it at his convenience. He came back with a new one a few hours later and had it installed by 1:00pm. We are very pleased with the quality of product and expert installation. We now have a "guy" we can trust to take care of our plumbing and H/A needs. Thanx Blaine!!"

"Other than taking a bit of time to get us scheduled between the bigger jobs, the whole experience could not have been better.  Tremendous effort went into matching paint and the grain of siding.  They even found a couple of areas we had not noticed.  We could not have been more pleased with the courteous and friendly service, and the finished result.  They even let us keep the extra siding and the paint they had matched for later jobs.  We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them when the time comes to do the full siding replacement that will eventually come.  Great job!"

"Very professional and easy to work with. Flexible scheduling and fast and efficient in project execution."
