"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! "He was able to to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. I was told my my another plumber that I needed a auger for my drain on the roof amd he didn’t do that. Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him."

"There was an issue after installation with a broken pipe. Carlos the Plumber went back to my house 3 times trying to find the problem. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. "Main water supply leak. GREAT JOB!! Highly recommend!! King's Plumbing called as soon as I posted and was able to come right out. The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."
