"Subie, the technician they sent to our house, was terrific. Polite, professional, and he did the job quickly and cleanly. He disassembled the disposal, found the obstruction (a piece of a kitchen implement), and removed the offending piece without harm to the disposal or the piece. He was very conscientious checking to make sure there were no leaks once he reassembled the unit. I was a bit apprehensive calling a random plumber whose number I found on Google, but these guys turned out to be great and I'll be using them in the future for our plumbing needs."

"It went great. I originally thought it was a pipe leak so I had a plumber come to my house. When he looked he saw it was actually a piece leaking from the dishwasher. I called the office and the women had Daniel call me right away. I explained that I did not need someone to come out and look at it b/c the plumber already did. "Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions).
