"Mark understood the problem and did a great repair /replacement job on my outdoor water spigot. I would hire him forany plumbing job."

"Nobody wants plumbing issues, but when they arise, I ALWAYS know that I’m in great hands with Chris and his crew…from their office manager, Diane to all the guys working for them. Each one I’ve encountered has always been very personable and professional. Whatever the issue may be, they educate/explain what‘s going on and what needs to be done to remedy the situation. They’ve installed a water, repaired a furnace leak, installed an in-sink garbage disposal, replaced old knob shut-off valves for the “Lever“ type and FOUND my street-side water shut off valve that was buried below the driveway asphalt during the residence of the previous home owners and most recently disconnected the utilities from an in-ground pool equipment and drained the pool. I’ve used them so many times, I’ve begun to call Diane “Cuz!” lol! :-D HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Jorge showed up and had my ejector pump unclogged in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced, polite and courteous, he will be our plumber from here on out!"

"This gentleman is a certified master plumber. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called him at about 1:30 pm and he was at our house by 5:00 pm replacing our sump pump. Not only did he complete the work as required, he made some suggestions that should end up lengthening the service of the new sump pump (which was a better pump than that replaced). He even made a side trip to pick up some supplies from Home Depot (at his own expense) that would lenghthen the service of the pump. He was pleasant, efficient, and truly cared about his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone."

"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"Rich responded promptly to our telephone call and arrived quickly. He found and fixed the issue quickly and was a pleasure to have in our home. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Would recommend very highly and will use for all future plumbing / renovations"

"Not only did Jason do an awesome job replacing our leaking water heater, he was also extremely fast. He was done faster than we could even miss the temporarily missing hot water. Jason was also very punctual, both for our estimate and for the replacement. He also gave us multiple options to fit our budget so that was a great plus. Will be calling him again for the inevitable plumbing issues!"

"Very professional. Fixed the clog in 20 minutes and then spent time to clean up underneath the sink. Never saw that from a plumber before. Definitely will use again if I need a plumber."

"they refunded the deposit and toled me its a gardening issue not a plumbing issue"

"Expert Mechanical came and helped me in a stressful time. My leach field was improperly installed where it was only operating at 30% and it had to be replaced. After searching through many contractors we found Expert Mechanical LLC. Seth and his team installed a new leach system, french drain and redirected my gutter system. They did an outstanding job. Seth was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend Expert Mechanical for any plumbing, Heating, and Septic repair. I would definitely use this company again if needed."
