"I had an excellent experience with this plumber. I called them for a severely clogged drain that was causing water to back up, and they responded quickly and professionally. The plumber arrived on time, inspected the issue, explained the cause of the clog, and fixed it efficiently. What impressed me most was their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They made sure the drain was completely cleared, tested everything before leaving, and left the work area clean. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber for clogged drains or any plumbing issue, I highly recommend their services. Fast response, quality work, and outstanding customer service. "Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS."

"The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient. So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. Great service, great customer service and great work. They say word-of-mouth is 10 times the Meda So if anybody's looking for a plumber, I'm gonna give them this company's information. I was overall satisfied and very pleased with the both jobs that were done. ♥️"

"Lazer took only 30 minutes to come to my place. The water pressure reducer was leaking. Most plumbers would probably have tried to charge me for a new valve. Instead, he quickly tightened a few screws on the assembly and fixed the problem without even charging me. He's earned my trust in NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning and I look forward to working with him and the company in the future."
