A couple of them (highly recommended to me by the paint store) quoted me over the phone without seeing the project, And, told me I would have to wait until their "slow" time (several months away) before they could begin the work. . "Let me say that Jody and Precision Prep & Paint lives the name of his company name. He Prepped, Painted and Stained our House and Deck with Precision and PERFECTION! Jody is a Perfectionist! Might I suggest Jody that you ad Perfection to your company name! ? Jody came out to our aluminum sided home , quoted us a very competitive price and did everything he promised and more. Our home siding had faded over 35+ years of wear to the extent that it had faded from dark brown to almost a reddish color. We chose a really nice blue color and Jody recommended we use “Polar Bear “White paint for the trim to make it “POP” He came out the first day and power washed the house and deck. The next day he spent several hours purchasing the materials and got started with the project which also included some carpentry work. He met and exceeded our expectations by far as you can see from the pictures. Jody was a joy to have working at our house. He cleaned up on a daily basis and became great friends with our crazy dogs and transformed our house into a home that my wife and I had dreamed of for years.
