"Needed a couple rooms painted that the trim needed to be painted white and the walls an off color matching the balance portions of the home. The prep work, a bit of taping, and care with trim edges and ceiling edge, left crisp lines and great end result. Very honest and allowed to work to be done when I wasn’t in the house. Everything worked out great and I will be using them again for a basement job in coming months. Pricing was good for the value and I selected from three quotes."

"These guys are first-rate. I've worked with four of them now, including the company president Michael O'Brien, and they are each exceptional in quality, attention to detail, and courteous service. I had two sets of closet doors delivered to a store near one of their homes, and he picked up and delivered the doors both times for me. This is just one of several examples in which they worked in making things as easy as possible for me. "This is not my first time using Steve Farrell/Farrell Finishing. They have painted a couple of the rooms inside my house as well, removing old paneling and patching cracked ceilings, so I had some idea what to expect. Steve uses very high quality paint and does two coats. His crew is both friendly and professional. They vary in ability, but he seems to know their strengths and weaknesses and divvies tasks accordingly.


It started with Steven helping us choose our colors. He suggested a color that I would have never selected myself and the house turned out incredible. He was willing to work with me as we got the color scheme together and checked with me to be sure that I was still loving it as the job progressed. It ended up taking much longer than expected to finish the job because of the weather, but he and his crew showed up on every dry day with a smile on their faces and ready to work. 


The house needed a lot of prep. This and clean-up are the two places where I felt that quality wasn't as high enough to earn an A rating. It was certainly good work, and good enough for our purposes, but it wasn't the same level of quality that I have seen him do on interiors or that I have seen on some other exterior painting jobs. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his crew again."
