They scraped the old paint off, applied primer and the first coat of paint on Saturday. Due to rain, they couldn’t come back to apply the second coat until Wednesday. They arrived on time and completed the job in good time. The area around the doors was protected by a tarp. They, also, cleaned the area so no dust could get on the painted doors. I am very pleased with the excellent work that was done. I would definitely hire them again."

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
