Each gentleman from this business was polite, courteous, and hard working. I felt so badly because the concrete the men had to drill through was much thicker than expected and the water since the ground was so saturated kept flowing in and so they had to do so much extra work! They did not complain one bit and worked so incredibly hard to finish in a timely manner and unfortunately for them it took them until almost 6pm but they worked diligently until the job was done! I was so impressed with everyone from start to finish and appreciated all they did to keep everything clean and tidy up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them! I thought the price was very fair especially in light of all the extra work but they did not charge me extra money for that!

They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted.
