"It was perfect! The work was high quality the painters did all the prep work to make the finished project look better than new!!! I will hire again! Thank you!!!!"

"It was great working with AA Painting. When I started looking for a painter, I put up the job in Angie's List on a Saturday afternoon. I heard from AA Painting in 30 minutes and the project manager came within an hour to walk through and take detailed notes. They started work on Monday morning and finished on time, despite us adding a few changes while they were working. The workers were very professional and even pointed out non-paint related issues for us to watch for. There was one room with some work left over from a different contractor that they needed to return to finish. They worked from 3 PM to 8 PM on a Friday to complete the work. They left the house clean and gave us detailed notes on the paint used and even organized the paint cans. Overall we are very happy with them and we look forward to hiring them for future paint work."

"An excellent worker and communicator. Because of his work ethic used this company for moving 3 acre home site. Lawn and clean up made our lawn looking the best on the block!"

"Joe and his crew were great. We chose Flanagan painting because of their experience with stucco painting. The work done was awesome and professional. They cleaned up each day and took time to ensure that we were happy with the work done."

"Excellent results; communication with the foreman every day. As many as four painters in the house; all courteous and neat."

"I was extremely happy both times with the quality of the work as well as the durability of the paint products used. They communicated with me throughout the process and were professional, dependable and trustworthy. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. My house looks brand new!"

"We have a large home built in 1900. There were many coats of chipped paint and wallpaper throughout. Dennis Nagel and his crew did a fantastic job stripping wallpaper, sanding the many coats of paint off the woodwork and patching all the large cracks in the ceilings. The finished walls and ceilings are flawless. Dennis recommended paint colors, repainted the entire house and it is transformed and beautiful. They worked long days, during very hot weather, without air conditioning in the house. Dennis has a strong work ethic and takes pride in what he does. He will go that extra mile to do an impeccable job."

"I recently hired AM Spraypainting and Ernesto to paint the exterior of my 1904 three-story cedar sided house. Their quoted amount was about in the middle of the pack. They did an excellent job scraping, repairing rotted wood, caulking, and priming. They did an excellent job applying the paint and painting the trim. There are a lot of companies out there that want to charge exorbitant prices, but I don’t think they would provide as good of a paint job, and likely not as good. In fact, my neighbor paid more for another company and did not get nearly as thorough of a job. I’ve had several neighbors comment on how good it looks and ask for Ernesto’s number. In addition, the communication was excellent, the people were polite and cleaned up, and they got the whole job done in about two weeks. I highly recommend!"

"Job done on time. Area was cleaned after the job. A++"

"We have been very impressed with the provider.  He is an excellent communicator and has kept us updated on when the work would be done.  Once scheduled, the work in our laundry room was completed very quickly.  We were not 100% sure on what exactly would look best for our room and the provider was very patient and diligent when helping us determine dimensions for the counter top and the walls.  The provider did a great job matching the paint to the rest of the laundry room and ensuring that the overall "look" was consistent with the cabinetry we had installed ourselves.

It took 90 minutes to do the electrical work and about 4 hours to complete the counter top.  The provider worked very cleanly and was respectful to our home.

We have been very pleased with this provider and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor."
