He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. "These guys are great. They painted our entire home (two bedrooms,living room,kitchen,dining room). We had them do the wall, doors and ceiling. They were extremely neat while working and took pride in their work and provide a great guarantee. They came back and touched up anything we were not happy with (which was two small almost unnoticed spots). They are fairly priced, did awesome work and are customer focused. We had them come back and they painted our kitchen cabinets which they did a great job on. Wish I could give them 10 stars and recommend them for all painting jobs."
