"I called Maximus Contracting about needing a new roof because of hail/wind damage.  I needed it quickly because we're selling the house soon, and I didn't have a big budget to work with because I received less from my insurance company than I was expecting.  Eric called back quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work.  The new shingles are of better quality than my original roof, and it looks great.  I finalized my shingle choice with Eric, and the crew completed the work the very next day.  Eric even came out to my office a couple times because my schedule doesn't often allow me to be at home during the day.  All in all, it was a great experience.  I feel confident that I received a great value, and the customer service was exceptional.  I would highly recommend using this company!

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. They came early, stayed late, and finished in a day and a half. They were careful of our landscaping when removing the old roof and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was finished.
